My Story
Dr. Mariana Kou is chairperson and CEO of Cinese International Group, a travel services group listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1620:HK), with operations in Canada, the United States, and Mainland China. She also serves as INED at Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company (0468:HK), and as an advisor to education ventures. Prior to this, she was CEO of Research Study Education Group and recently award-winning Head of China Education and HK Consumer Research at brokerage and investment group CLSA, where she was involved in 12 consumer and education IPOs. In 2020, she published her first book “Investing in Dragons: Education Industry and Capital Markets”.
Dr. Kou was appointed a member of the modern finance industry task force of the Macau SAR Government Talent Development Committee in July 2023. She is also a Forbes Global Young Leader, a Senator for China by the World Business Angels Investment Forum, a member of YPO, the founder of charitable organisation Asia Education Society, a member of Pacific Basin Economic Council, the founding co-lead of Columbia Venture Community's Hong Kong chapter, and an advisor to the service committee of Zonta Club of NTII. She sits on the board of International Youth STEAM Education Association and from July 2020 to August 2023, Dr. Kou also served as an external adviser to the board directors of EDTXU:US and from December 2021 to November 2024 an independent director of GMFIU:US.
Dr. Kou has earned her global executive doctor of education degree from the University of Southern California. She also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship certificate program. She received her BBA from the University of Notre Dame with magna cum laude and Raymond P. Kent Award. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of global business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma, economics honor society Omicron Delta Epsilon, and education honor society Kappa Delta Pi.

高頌妍博士現任香港上市公司富盈環球集圑（1620:HK）主席兼首席執行官。富盈環球為旅遊服務集圑，業務主要集中在加拿大、美國及中國內地。高博士亦擔任紛美包裝有限公司（0468:HK）獨立非執行董事，以及多家教育初創公司顧問。彼此前為研學教育集團CEO，及近年為中信里昂證券中國教育及香港消費品研究部獲獎首席分析師，並參與了12個香港及美國消費品及教育IPO項目。於2020年出版了首本著作 “Investing in Dragons: Education Industry and Capital Markets”。
高博士於2023年7月獲委任為澳門特別行政區政府人才委員會現代金融行業專責小組成員。彼為福布斯國際化青年領袖、世界天使投資論壇中國參議員、青年總裁協會會員、慈善機構亞洲教育協會創辦人、太平洋盆地經濟理事會會員、哥大創投協會香港分會聯席會長、崇德社NTII分會服務委員會顧問及國際青少年創科教育協會理事。於2020年7月至2023年8月期間，高博士也擔任美國上市公司EDTXU:US董事會顧問；於2021年12月至2024年11月期間為GMFIU:US獨立董事。
高博士從美國南加州大學獲得全球教育行政博士學位。彼並擁有美國哥倫比亞大學商學院 MBA學位 ，美國斯坦福大學創新與創業證書，及以BBA榮譽生和挾Raymond P. Kent 獎項畢業於美國聖母院大學。亦為特許金融分析師，Beta Gamma Sigma 商學榮譽協會，Omicron Delta Epsilon 經濟學榮譽協會，及 Kappa Delta Pi 教育榮譽協會會員。
